Iced caramel macchiato, venti, extra caramel like DIABETES STATUS

We are sooooo extremely faithful to our Starbucks, we drive through it everyday and perhaps do a walk in some nights/afternoons.  Almost all the staff knows us and they make our Iced caramel macchiato, venti, extra caramel like diabetes status perfect....except for one girl....she always ruins my day....I don't understand what she considers extra caramel? she just doesn't get the diabetes status part? but I can live with a little a lot less caramel BUT what's up with her putting 3 ICE CUBES IN MY DRINK? what is the world going out of water? I'm just so mad....especially cuz my sister bought me my coffee home, so I have to drag my ass over there to exchange it....now that's what I call inconvenient.  x Faiza
