Just got a ride from our neighbor to Starbucks and Ralphs..as Swedes we need to eat salmon at least 4 times a day.
We smoke it in the oven with lots of garlic....it's kinda like the a weekend tradition so the boys will stay away without it, it would be close to impossible...they behave like animal channel out there
